Stephen Ministry Training

Each Fall additional groups of Stephen Ministers begin an intensive fifty-hour training program. The training focuses on Christian caregiving and includes such topics as active listening, boundary setting, use of referrals and resources, dealing with grief, prayer, etc., prior to being commissioned as Stephen Ministers.
