Children & Youth
At Messiah, teams of volunteers and professional child care workers welcome our children providing comfort, safety, and community in a spiritual environment. We encourage all children to participate in our church school programs in both the 10:15 and 12:00 o’clock services, and visiting children are always welcome. We offer nursery care and Sunday morning classes ranging from preshool to high school where we guide our youth toward an appreciation and understanding of the Bible and our liturgical traditions.
In addition, we plan family events throughout the year. From visits to local farms to the Advent family workshop, we find that these events strengthen relationships among our families and help to build a community that can be a resource for our families.
