Mission Trips

Over the years, Health Ministries has been involved in multiple mission trips to areas of special need. After Hurricane Katrina, Messiah parisioners, including registered nurses and other health professionals traveled first to New Orleans, then again later to Mississippi to help those struggling to recover from the disaster. More recently, a group of parishioners traveled with health professionals from other churches to Kenya to help complete the construction of two medical buildings. The also traveled throughout the country to attend to basic medical needs in community clinics and schools.
